2017 Model Asia Champion and Fit Mom Yu Mi Oh shares some of her nutrition tips to the new moms out there. The Korean fitness model shares, “During breastfeeding, you need to have plenty of nutrition, but you can eat a diet of two or more. The important thing is to properly distribute protein, carbohydrates and vegetables. Lunch and dinner, a glass of juice in the morning, a piece of apples … This diet diet is ‘shine’. My most basic diet was ‘chicken breast bowl, sweet potato, bananas, strawberries, vegetable salad’. I liked beef and I ate a diet consisting of beef (fat free portion), psalm vegetable, garlic chili.”

I couldn’t exercise enough much because I had lots of year-end parties after work. Meeting,talking, drinking,eating….These are good things and make me feel happy but I can lose my body condition. Here is my tips to get body shape in the end of year ;

I tried to make time to work out. I exercised twice this week when I don’t have a party.

I didn’t drink alcohol too much. I think a bottle of beer, a shot of 소주 [soju] is good enough.

I usually did butt and lower body work out when I don’t have enough time. I think this work out is more efficient than the other workout at the same time.”
