2017 Model Asia Champion and Fit Mom Yu Mi Oh shares some of her nutrition tips to the new moms out there. The Korean fitness model shares, “During breastfeeding, you need to have plenty of nutrition, but you can eat a diet of two or more. The important thing is to properly distribute protein, carbohydrates and vegetables. Lunch and dinner, a glass of juice in the morning, a piece of apples … This diet diet is ‘shine’. My most basic diet was ‘chicken breast bowl, sweet potato, bananas, strawberries, vegetable salad’. I liked beef and I ate a diet consisting of beef (fat free portion), psalm vegetable, garlic chili.”
