11 years ago I was sitting on my living room couch wondering what to do next after completing my first fitness competition. I knew I had fallen in love with the whole aspect of this new lifestyle of being fit. Not just the physical but the mental side - it opened up my heart to a whole new side of me, the side that now drives me to chase my dreams, the side that gives me confidence to walk in a room full of people and to not be insecure, the confidence to speak in front of an audience and the courage to share my story in hopes that my transparency will inspire other women.
Coaching has provided me an avenue to inspire other women on the same journey I was on and to open their minds to becoming their best self.

To get where I am today has been no easy task, to get where I’m going won’t be either. But when you have passion and drive with a dash of confidence- you can do anything you set your mind to.

Always Balance

2016 Model Mexico Melina Anahi Figueroa shares, "Exercise is a manifestation of what your body can do, not a punishment for what you ate. I love this phrase and it must always be to test your body and to make it stronger and more agile. Enjoy moving it and loving it. I do not say that it is bad if once we go out with the meals for a birthday or special party, the next day we do cardio and take care a little more with the food to compensate for the excess of the previous day. But what is bad is to punish our body every day for what we eat and to put it to the extreme limit all week, whether it is Exercise of more or Stop eating. Always balance is the best option, enjoy being healthy, and give us small tastes. To move the body and see little by little reflected in the mirror the results of that good lifestyle."
